Footbridge Group launches new business and announces acquisition of 40% of Scorett
Footbridge Group (“Footbridge”), owned and operated by Paul Brunngård, Anders Jacobson, Magnus Månsson, and Filip Ivarsson, officially launches its operations today and simultaneously announces a strategic investment: the acquisition of 40% of the shares in Scorett Footwear, one of Sweden’s leading footwear retailers. Footbridge is focused on developing businesses with sustainability and an active lifestyle at their core. With the addition of Scorett, the Footbridge portfolio now includes Brunngård Group, EXPRO, and Rehaboteket.

Scorett, founded in 1989, has grown to become a central player in the Swedish shoe trade with approximately 80 stores, a strong online presence and a turnover of approximately SEK 700 million. With its head office and central warehouse in Varberg, Scorett will continue to be operated as an independent company within Footbridge, with the aim of creating synergies between Scorett and other companies in the group.
Founded in 1989, Scorett has become a key player in the Swedish footwear market, with around 80 stores, a strong digital presence, and annual revenues of approximately SEK 700 million. Headquartered in Varberg, Scorett will continue to operate as an independent company within the Footbridge Group, with the aim of creating synergies across the portfolio.

With Brunngård Group already a Nordic market leader in sustainable care products and solutions, Footbridge is now expanding into adjacent segments through the launch of EXPRO – an innovative solution for waterproofing textile materials.
EXPRO offers a unique formulation and technical concept, including the patented EXPRO HUB, an automated waterproofing machine that has been successfully launched and is now being prepared for broader rollout across retail environments – including in Scorett stores – as a new consumer service offering.
